The purchase agreement

The agreement consists of these terms of sale, the product information and the details shown before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights override terms that restrict them. A contract is formed when you submit a binding order, subject to obvious errors the other party knew or should have recognised.

Products and prices

VALERIS eau de parfum is offered in 50 ml at NOK 399 and 100 ml at NOK 649. Consumer prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Shipping is added where disclosed before purchase. The total amount must be shown before ordering.

Ingredients, use information and safety details are on the product pages. Scent notes and artistic images describe the fragrance experience and do not replace the ingredient list.

Payment and order confirmation

Card payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For card payments, the amount may be authorised when you order. Your card is charged when the entire order is dispatched. An authorisation may temporarily reduce your available account balance. For other payment methods, refer to the information displayed for your selected method.

You receive an order confirmation by email. Information about the terms of sale, withdrawal rights and withdrawal form must accompany the confirmation in a form you can retain.

Delivery, withdrawal and faulty goods

We ship with Bring from Kristiansand to customers in Norway. Shipping costs NOK 125 for orders of NOK 1,000 or less and is free when the value of goods after discounts exceeds NOK 1,000. We prepare orders within 48 hours. Estimated transit time from dispatch until delivery is 7 working days, in addition to preparation. Weekends and public holidays do not count towards transit time. Privacy and disputes

Our privacy notice explains personal data handling. Norwegian law applies without restricting mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us first about any disagreement. Further complaint options are listed on the complaints page.

Shopify Network Intelligence

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify processes information from visits and purchases with us alongside interactions with other stores and Shopify to improve services, personalisation and advertising. Other merchants cannot access our customer data.

Information may be shared with Shopify and service partners in other countries. Read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy. Use Shopify’s privacy portal to exercise rights, withdraw consent or object to Shopify’s processing. Advertising based on this activity requires consent from visitors in the EEA.
