Where do we deliver?
We offer delivery within Norway. International shipping is not currently offered. The available delivery options for your address will be shown before you place an order.
Shipping price and delivery time
Shipping within Norway costs NOK 125 for orders of NOK 1,000 or less. Shipping is free when the value of goods after discounts exceeds NOK 1,000. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you order.
We prepare orders for dispatch within 48 hours. We ship with Bring from Kristiansand to addresses in Norway.
Estimated transit time is 7 working days from dispatch until your parcel reaches you. Preparation of up to 48 hours is additional. Weekends and public holidays are not working days for transit purposes. Transit time is an estimate and may be affected by carrier delays.
Delivery address and tracking
Check your name, address and postcode before ordering. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake. If your selected delivery service includes tracking, you will receive tracking details when the parcel is dispatched.
Delay, damage or a missing parcel
Contact post@valeris-perfume.no if delivery is delayed, your parcel is missing or an item is damaged. Include your order number if available. Photos of damage or packaging can help us investigate, but are not an absolute condition for making a complaint.
We will follow up with the carrier. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Returning perfume
Perfume is flammable. Use a carrier service that accepts the contents and follow its packaging and return requirements. Contact us for guidance before shipping. This does not change the statutory deadlines for notifying us or returning goods.
