Withdrawal and returns
How to let us know if you wish to withdraw from an online purchase.
Last updated: 03.10.2026
Your 14-day withdrawal period
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase, starting on the day after receiving the goods. You do not need to give a reason. The period depends on receiving the required information and withdrawal form; missing information can extend it.
Tell us you wish to withdraw
Send a clear notice to post@valeris-perfume.no, or contact us through WhatsApp. Identify the goods and include the order number if available. You can use our withdrawal form, but any clear notice is valid. Keep evidence that you notified us within the deadline.
Return the goods
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Pack the bottle securely and keep proof of return. Contact us for a suitable shipping method; prior approval is not required to exercise your withdrawal right.

Who pays return shipping?
When withdrawing, you pay the actual direct cost of return shipping if you were informed of this before purchasing. We do not charge a separate cancellation or handling fee.
For incorrect or faulty goods, we cover the necessary costs of statutory remedies. See faulty goods and complaints.
Inspecting the goods
You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and function. Handling beyond necessary inspection can lead to a documented deduction for diminished value where the statutory conditions are met. Opening packaging alone does not automatically remove your withdrawal right.
Refunds
For a full withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and our least expensive standard delivery charge. Upgrades to more expensive delivery are not refunded. Refunds are made without undue delay, within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless another fee-free method is expressly agreed. We may wait for the goods or proof of return.
